Q. How does this work?

A. You submit your order to us, by simply going to our order page. We then contact our researchers, and if we can assist you we will call or e-mail you to arrange payment. This process usually takes less than 1 working day but we endeavor to be quicker for more urgent orders. Very rarely, it may take slightly longer to find an expert. Once we have found an expert and taken payment, the time for the delivery of your work then begins to run. Please keep this in mind when ordering. You are then sent your completed work via e-mail, before midnight (and usually much earlier), on the delivery date. If our expert completes your work sooner, we will send it out sooner.

Q.Can you attempt my question?

A. We must put your question to our experts first; we can’t always guarantee that we can do all questions, but we do undertake the vast majority of projects - even those that are particularly difficult or from unusual subject areas. We fulfill approximately 99.5% of all business orders. If in the unlikely event that we cannot find a researcher after 3 working days of trying we will e-mail you to let you know. You can of course phone our sales team to check the progress of your order at any time.

Q. How can I use your work?

A. You must use our work for honest research purposes only - it cannot be handed in as your own. If in doubt you should consult your institution’s guidelines on how to go about using a piece of copyrighted work to help you.

Q. I have an essay already written - can you change it?

A. Due to the copyright rules of the company, as stated above, we do not undertake this service; handing in a piece of work that is both ours and yours would be plagiarism. We can however write new sections for you (separate from your work) although again, you must use this as a research tool only.

Q. I’m worried - is this legal?

A. Put simply yes! The service that we provide is a legitimate research service that provides wholly custom written work to help students with their studies. You are simply buying a piece of copyrighted material from the author - it’s just like buying a book - except you decide what’s written! A. If you find otherwise from any other genuine and legitimate UK essays company before ordering, we’ll meet their guarantees (not just for you, we’ll better them permanently), and beat their quoted price by at least 20%!

Q. Who judges whether or not the work is of a 2:1 Standard or 1st class standard?

A. Our in house Q. C. team will initially review the work. It is then up to you to verify the standard and contact us within 7 days if you are not happy. Don’t forget, the head of our Quality Control Department is a qualified F.ILEX with a first class business degree, over six years of experience in private practice and previous lecturing experience on the LL.B. If there is any dispute about standard, the QC team are well positioned to assess quality themselves.

Q. What happens if I don’t believe that it is of 2:1 or 1st class standard?

A. Then simply mail the Amendments Team within 7 days of receiving your work and tell us why - if we agree (which we most often will as we want you to be happy!) then we will amend it for you free of charge.

Q. Is your service fully confidential?

A. Yes. We fully respect your integrity and don’t even need to take your name. Your details will be kept wholly confidential throughout the order and then deleted once it has been completed.

Q. Is the work available elsewhere?

A. No - all work is fully written, plagiarism software scanned, and is not resold to any other customer. Even if they submit the same question on the same day as you.

Q. Do you send all the work you have done to a central database for universities to scan for plagiarism after you sell them ?

A. No we do not send our work out to any external database - universities or otherwise. All work is kept on our internal server and the only purpose of keeping your essay on our system after you have purchased it, is to scan all future submissions against it to ensure that researchers are not ‘reusing’ essays. Nobody has access to our server apart from our own team.

Plagiarism:

Q. Can I not just do what I want with the work?

A. You must assure us that you will use our work as an educational research tool only. The work remains our copyright and is not yours to hand in. It is there to inspire your final piece. If we believe any other motive exists for purchasing our work then we will not supply you.

Q. You say your service is legal but is it cheating?

A. You must read your university guidelines to see how they view our service. We offer no advice on this matter. We view our service as offering you a book for sale - but where you decide the pages you want writing, or as using an online personal tutor who suggests information you should know for your essay. You can also view our essays service as like a journal of published essays with the exact essay you were looking for. In our view, using the work like you would use any of the above to provide you with inspiration and ideas is not cheating, it is just the same as using any other piece of research to point you in the right direction.

Q. Your service looks likes it encourages plagiarism - do you?

A. Of course not! All work is our copyright, so cannot be handed in as your own. Not only would this be cheating but it would be a breach of the copyright of our work. Legally, if we wanted, we could sell you the copyright on the work too - but that would of course be encouraging cheating, and that’s the opposite of what we aim to achieve. We advocate the supply of our experts knowledge and experience to students, we believe that a student with a guideline on how to answer any work is likely to understand the question and topic more than one without. This we believe, can only improve educational standards in the UK.

Q. Do I need to reference the work?

A. This is something that you must make your own mind up about by looking at the guidelines of your university in particular. Bear in mind that the work is not going to be published for anyone to check or see. Again, we cannot accept responsibility for your decision to either cite us or not cite us.

Q. How do you know I won’t cheat?

A. Plagiarism is always difficult to detect. Like any educational tool our service is of course open to abuse and it is up to you to be honest and assure us that you won’t pass the work off as your own, by handing in some, or all of it. The threat of plagiarism occurring has never stopped anyone from writing a book, an article, lecture notes or publishing an educational website, and we won’t allow it to stop our service and the provision of our services to the honest majority.

Q. What legitimate use would I be allowed to make of the work in writing my own piece?

A. We offer no advice on such queries, as all universities maintain different regulations. It is for you to satisfy yourself as to your own institutions rules and if and how you can use our services. We would suggest, however, that you can use our work in the same way you use any book or journal.

Q. If my supervisor does not accept some or all of your work can you amend it and what will the charge be?

A. You cannot hand in our work to your supervisor under the impression it is yours; to do so is passing off our work as your own and is a breach of copyright as well as cheating. We do however allow you to show third parties if you assure them that the work that you are showing them is ours, and we will take their feedback into consideration.

Q. Do you always find a researcher?

A. business is the Academic Answers Group’s biggest subject area so 99.5% of the time, we do - there is of course the rare occasion when we cannot take on your order - we will mail you if we have not found a researcher after 3 working days. However, for the majority of business pieces, we have a researcher for you within a matter of hours.

Q. How do I pay and when?

A. Like all orders for goods and services payment must be taken before the order is begun. Payments can be taken over the phone, through a deposit into our bank account, or through our website using all major credit cards and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept cheques. You can’t access our payment page without ordering first - we will give you the address of the page once we have confirmed your order. For larger pieces we can accept installments. We regret that we can no longer accept payment after delivery due to situations where our work has been received and then payment has not being made.

Q. Who deals with your payments?

A. All payments to us go through Barclays Merchant Services (part of Barclays Bank) EPDQ console. Barclays Bank independently verify all companies that they provide payments systems for. Barclays are very well known high street bank.

Q. What if the work is late?

A. If your work is late it’s yours for free. Accordingly, we are not in the habit of sending our work late to our customers!

Delivery Of Business Essays:

Q. How do I know I will get the work once I have paid?

A. The Sunday Times commissioned an undercover reporter to use our service - if we were defrauding people they would have said! Similarly, as mentioned earlier, ITN recently had an essay assessed that we wrote for them.

Also if we did not send out the essays as ordered, our payment providers would cut off their service to us and we would go out of business very quickly!

Don’t forget that we are a legitimate company with a trading address and a contact number. We are part of the Academic Answers Group which is registered at Companies House. Unlike other companies that comprise simply a website and an e-mail address, we have real people to speak to at a registered trading address. We have been in operation for 3+ years and work hard to maintain our reputation because we believe the happier you are, the more people you will recommend us to!

Q. How do I receive work?

A. All work is e-mailed to you by registered e-mail and comes as an attachment in the form of a word document.

Q.What time will my work arrive?

A. All work will arrive on the day, or the day before you requested on your order form, E.g. If you requested a 5 day delivery, your work will arrive on day 5 or day 4 and so on. The usual time for delivery is 10p.m. but during very busy times it will arrive before 12.00 midnight.
